Text2Recruit has received Series B Funding from the ACG Equity Fund to keep DISRUPTING the Status Quo....
Series B rounds are all about taking businesses to the next level, past the development stage. Investors help startups get there by expanding market reach. There’s already a big pie that’s been cooking up in Seed and Series A rounds. In Series B, venture capitalists have more of vision around what the pie will look like, and how big of a slice they hope to obtain.
Building a winning product and growing a team requires quality talent acquisition. Bulking up on business development, sales, advertising, tech, support, and other people costs a firm a few pennies. Estimated capital raised hovers around $7 to 10 million.
That being said I emailed ACG this morning about text2recruit. Just to see if they can confirm any of this funding for me. IF I get a response I will be sure to share.
US PTO has issued a Patent App# for Cloud SMS Messaging Systems & Methods to Text2Recruit...
Now for the Federal/State Contracts. They have stated in a shareholder update that Aspire has secured three large IDIQ contracts in 2017 and has three more pending in Q4. Now these were for SDVOSB or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. 3 contracts are still pending for the Large Federal/State 5-year contracts. 8 primes are using Aspire for their team...Aspire may be the only VOSB firm they are using. We will find out in Q4. which will be starting very soon. DO NOT FORGET...the list of 68 awardees were the small vehicle contracts. The list is broken up. We are still partnered with TechnoGEN and the beast that is Northrop Grumman.
