You are 100% CLUELESS when it comes to the stock market.
The AS and OS are 100% RELEVANT.
This company is issuing as many shares as they can so they can pocket that money, then they will do a REVERSE SPLIT and start all over. THEY HAVE DONE THIS IS THE PAST! The SEC even nailed JOHN MATTHEWS.
NICK SPANOS is furious with John Matthews and wants nothing to do with him and I have private texts to that FACT. Matthews can't stand Spanos either which is why he screwed him over.
And then factor in ROBERT REYERS.
You are 100% clueless when it comes to stocks which is why you have lost 90% of your money here.
