and that explains the *serial* lack of adjustment on those elastic asks .. 
and the bypassing of known bid/s @ bid .. for *trades* to go off @ bid or below
yeah .. it's just stunning how the patterns can be called .. specific to *volume*
and how legit bids are handled (bypassed/split fills/mirrored) .. yada yada
just noted another *target* that i called to trigger reg sho for the 8th time
since they came public back in April 2015 via an S1 (no nasty priors mucking about)
funny thing about PTOI .. (stock) .. very little that is reported *imo* is even close to being legit
curious to see how long CSTI *remains* on ask
where would NN be without those who aid and abet
i will update today's tape .. tomorrow due to time constraints
