A point on the Affordable Care Act. Note that you can't call it that. It always has to be Obamacare. Ok, but get this, President Obama said at the very beginning of the Affordable Care Act that the important thing was to get the poor into the pool!!! That was the important thing. He openly admitted it was not a perfect solution, but at least it put the 12 million that had no chance before of getting insurance to get insurance.
That's the problem now for the Republicans Politicians. They want to kick the 12 million to 20 million out of the system and they can't do it without looking like the douche nozzles that they are.
So I give President Obama credit for having the stones to get the ball rolling.
Social Security was not perfect when it started and it was a fight to get things done, but at least it got done.
Shouldn't we be doing this at Roy's House??? LOL
