Let the Games Begin!!! Last week, Pershing Resources issued a Press Release that was very encouraging with respect to Precious Metals content in the Ore Assays from the Kingman Mine Site.
THE GAMES (Pershing Resources)
Pershing Resources (PR) has initiated the first moves. The Press Release presented very positive results for Precious Metal content in the Ore Assays. PR now must continue its progress by confirming the Assays were not flukes. Yep, in order to validate its recent Assays, PR should present additional Assays from the same mine site that confirm that the precious metals Assay numbers are consistent/repeatable. I suggest that the NEW consulting geologist would collect additional samples for Assay simply because his/her Rear End is on the line IF the currently reported Assays are not as they appear. Frankly, I have never met a Professional who would accept data without questioning the content and reviewing the prior results. PR can define the Rules of The Game and can INITIALLY control the Results of The Game. Once the Results are posted, there is no turning back because either: 1) The initial REPORTED Assay Results were accurate 2) The initial REPORTED Assay Results were bogus.
The current Assay Results have been posted and with this posting is how the Corporation will be defined. Investors WILL rely upon the Assay Results in their determination of the viability, integrity, and future of Pershing Resources. There can be no retraction, adjustment, or clarification of the Assay Results. It is either accurate or it is a purposeful misrepresentation of results.
I believe that the Assay Results ARE accurate. Why? Simply because there are now too many individuals who follow the Press Releases issued by Pershing Resources and keep records of the current releases to compare the statements over prior years' statements. This is a case of 'It is what it is' and NOT 'It depends on what IS is'.

Investors will continue their attempts to buy LOW and sell HIGH. So far the LOW price has also remained the HIGH price. As soon as a large volume of shares (i.e. GREATER THAN 50,000 by ONE investor) is purchased for a share price that is AT LEAST 25% higher than the current $0.04/share price, The Games SHOULD begin. Why? The large purchase by the investor demonstrates CONFIDENCE in the company.
Since I have been WRONG many times in the past, I will not suggest that a large share purchase is imminent. I DO believe that there are some smart investors who can take an informed risk to purchase 50,000 shares at a low share price. This is a risk/reward scenario that, I BELIEVE, is strongly tilted to the REWARD side. Prior Assays indicated GOOD concentrations of Precious Metals at the Kingman mine site. The most recent ASSAYS indicate GOOD to VERY GOOD concentrations of Precious Metals at the Kingman mine site. Assay repetition that is equal to or better than prior assays is ALWAYS a good indication of value. The Precious Metals concentration improvement in Assay Results presents the investor with a better return on his/her investment. The risk has now become an INFORMED risk. Nothing is guaranteed BUT additional information from the CURRENT Assays confirms that there is truly SOMETHING in the ground worth pursuing. IF/When the new Geologist gathers additional samples for ASSAY and confirms that ALL prior numbers are accurate, investors should see a very apparent increase in share volume and share price!

Everything at this time revolves around the ASSAYS. The value of the company for both Corporate Pershing Resources and the Investors must rely upon the accuracy of the ASSAYS.
