ok for all that are looking. I have been very busy doing research. I emailed Glen Adams...Chief Executive Officer of Cogent Solutions. He did respond and said yes to Aspire being a partner my twitter handle is SpringTrader...Iv posted the email on twitter. The 8k that David was talking about showed up on https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2017/1...pdate.html
But not on trading platforms which I thought was weird and a waste...However they did not release Cogent Solutions on this so im thinking that is still coming. They have updated the website and it shows Cogent Solutions as a partner now which is refreshing to me. So that's been verified they are indeed partners with the Contract Awardee...In the shareholder update a few things really stood out to me.
1. Aspire Consulting Group (“Aspire”), our sister-company, has secured three large IDIQ contracts in 2017 and has three more pending in Q4. Aspire offers long-term revenue opportunities in the government contracting sector. Aspire is working with key Primes for both federal and state IT Services contracts. These contracts are with some of the nation’s mission critical programs such as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Social Security Administration (SSA) and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
2.The company has increased revenues through new strategic partnerships and clients. Revenue increases of 259% in Q1 and 298% in Q2 were posted in 2017. With the addition of the GEN3 software platform, additional revenue clients are now coming on board. Textmunication is in talks for a large-scale SMS platform partnership connecting the entertainment industry to SMS notifications for royalty payments. This potential partnership could open new markets for SMS and long-term investment in Textmunication.
3. ISO 20022 I researched a lot about this. And I believe this is part of the large scale platform described above. also put a video describing what ISO 20022 is on my twitter (SpringTrader). A man pointed out Text2Recruit...this was changed from Primoh...If you go back and take a look at march news releases you will see what this is. I then noticed on Textmunication website they have operations in Europe...I Believe these are all in twined together. Here is a tweet from Text2Recruit (Also has a nice Website) Text2Recruit has received Series B Funding from the ACG Equity Fund to keep DISRUPTING the Status Quo.... ALSO 2nd Tweet. US PTO has issued a Patent App# for Cloud SMS Messaging Systems & Methods to Text2Recruit... These were out on Oct 6th.
