Uno Dos Tres,,,,, Think about the effect the following would have on the share price with the shorts trying to provide shares in a new company that are not even available on the market, PLUS covering a dividend AND being squeezed to cover those million shares of LWLG out there.
Xster convinced they are moving towards a Buyout/Partnership or whatever you want to call it. I would love to see the formation of a third party type venture with shares in that entity being awarded to each shareholder "Of Record as in back dated". LWLG and X123 Create a new company LW23. A Lightwave Shareholder would still have 1,000 shares of LWLG but also be awarded 1000 shares in LW23. Shareholders of X123 would be awarded either a multiple or fractional share of LW23 as well.
Let’s throw this out there and put a little Icing on the cake and award the current shareholders a buck a share in the form of a dividend (remember they don’t have any debit). That is only like 70 Million bucks or something, peanuts in the grand scheme.
I am not saying that this will happen Just Planting a Seed, a mind once stretched never returns to its original dimension.

The reason that I say this is that Lebby always says “we need to show them that our product can scale and move up to the next level” So if the goal was just to produce 100gig modulators and sell them for $200 bucks apiece, “They” wouldn’t turn down a cheaper product just because the next product wasn’t on the table, Nope he is working towards some kind of Joint Venture, Buyout, Partnership and I’d say by year’s end or first quarter it should happen.

Does anyone know if stock holders could be awarded shares in Private company? How in the world could the shorts even go about acquiring those shares to give back to the person/entity to replace the shares they borrowed? Negotiations would not be publicly available. LOL Just Saying that would be Super Cool.
