There are no termination fees. You'll lose the deposit bonus if you transfer out early. Usually you need to stay with one broker for at least 12 months.
Since I have a large amount of shares, I'm able to spread them out to 3 brokers and still qualify for the deposit bonus separately. After 12 months I tranfer the shares to 3 different brokers. Most brokers will give you the deposit bonus again if you transfer the shares back after 12 months.
For example, 2017 - TD Ameritrade, Etrade, Scottrade. 2018 - transfer to Fidelity, Merrill Edge, Schwab. 2019 - transfer back to 2017 or different brokers.
