You've just misstated the cost to the U.S for the agreement. I recognize it from some much debunked righty claims.
The States and municipalities are driving ahead with the accord principles despite Trump's ignorance.
Get back to me on that 'deficit spending' concern of yours when the trump tax plan is debated and 'scored'.
And please, don't fall for 'dynamic scoring' which is to the economic effect of tax cuts that chiefly benefit the top as 'intelligent design is to the theory of evolution.
