The only one stirring up a cesspool is the alt-right and its many, many, 'fine people' among the Nazis and the KKK.
The disappointment from righties that the LV shooter isn't a black or a Muslim, or a black Muslim homosexual, is as laughable as it is palpable from the ridiculous conspiracy theories they're pushing.
