Re: stumpjumper #19638
I believe TPAC is trying to establish itself as a "premier" company and going through reconstruction...and has a great opportunity to enter the e-transport game. TPAC had to wait on a lot of external factors, ie. Boeing asking for 120 days before making payment on parts (I think), EX-IM not approving loans of 10 mil+, etc....so they decided to take things into their own hands, and jump into an untapped market (Africa - logistics and e-transports), and these E-bikes here in the states. I think once TPAC becomes and established player and proves itself in terms of logistics and revenue, the rest will come...just my opinion.

A lot of it can be considered speculation, as we have not seen anything concrete yet in terms of opportunities and revenues other than Bill's word for most part(no 10Q), but I imagine/hope it is all for good reason due to TPAC's history of dealing with negativity, and part of the reconstruction plan.

I think it was mentioned that TPAC is trying to avoid retail investors, or something along those lines, but not sure what that means exactly for current shareholders, or future plans for the company...if anyone can explain that would be appreciated...I am not too savvy with these financial scenarios.

At this point it is going to be 2 years before the reconstruction ends...and a lot can happen between now and then....but things appear to be taking a turn for the better. Time will tell, good luck to all, and this is all just my humble opinion !
