Composition of Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj's Nomination Board
Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj's three largest shareholders as of Sept 1, 2017 have nominated the following members to the Shareholders' Nomination Board:
- Minna Åman-Toivio, Member of the Board, Partnera Oy (sole shareholder of Nurture Property Holding Oy and Nurture Real Estate Holding Oy)
- Kalle Saariaho, CEO, OP Rahastoyhtiö Oy (OP investment funds)
- Johannes Wingborg, Corporate Governance Manager, Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB
Pertti Huuskonen, Chairman of Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj's Board of Directors, will serve as the Nomination Board's expert member.
