Q: Is the share reduction over? Or is there more to come?
A: Share reduction is NOT complete. 3rd stage still coming, and will hear something on that shortly.
Q: When will the website go live?
A: Website is done just need HEXAGON name to be official to go live
Q: Anything you can say about MJ?
A: MJ update still happening and happening soon.
Q: Did you hire the 2 Board members for UPLIST purposes only?
A: Board members added for UPLIST requirements as well as what they bring to the company individually.
Q: Would be great if there could be a shareholder conference call. Another company I'm invested in does one every Quarter. Any chance we could get one here?
A: I plan to do a conference call with shareholders in early NOV.
Q: Is it possible to put out an 8K to pacify any investors still unsure about recent events?
A: I will talk to my attorney today about putting out an 8K summarizing last 2 months. Will let you know what he says.
Q: Have you ever lived in OHIO or been convicted of anything at all with the SEC?
Are/were you an attorney? Is your middle initial "T"?
A: I've been getting all sorts of calls about this. Absolutely not.
Q: FINRA process seems to be taking a while. Everything on track?
A: Any FINRA delay is just the dialogue with my attorney and FINRA on all the complexities. Everything moving along so far as planned.
Q: We have been trading above .01 for a long time, we have 2 board members and need only a single year of audits to uplist. Will we get a full year audited soon?
A: You will be hearing more on that shortly.
Q: Is dilution over? Has it started?
A: I have almost completed debt reduction negotiations, and there will be updates on this together with CO DOMICILE as has been the case all along. Everything is now starting to come together.
Q: Many shareholders are questioning whether we have capacity to fill our upcoming orders. Do we?
A: I can always buy more time on the line if I need to. There is also an update coming on facilities of our own shortly.
