This is bigger than the moon.
Everything now hangs on the Merger.
The CEO of SANP knows he'll never get an opportunity like this again.
It's his long years doing business in China, respecting Chinese customs and traditions, speaking the language, .etc, developing trust, expanding his network, and making friends in (high places in China).
Being realistic here, If he didn't have this background, do you think a high end Chinese company like Canoe Pool....would even consider merging with a OTCBB stock like SANP....for there IPO?
Franjose, i.e., the CEO....I'm sure,....has waited a long time for an opportunity like this. He knows what this Merger means to his company and business.
It's assumed he's in China as I type, doing all he can for the Merger.
Once that is accomplished, SANP will be apart of a multi-milion dollar company. It's assumed Canoe Pool will extend with another (if not multiple) antminer farm(s) in the USA.
Assuming the Merger does go down; and it looks like it will...(the LOI has been signed by both parties)....this could be something similar to Apple or Amazon down the road.
$SANP....if anything,....will be put on the MAP....once the Merger is complete.

glad to see this board isnt doing back flips over this one......lotta peeps prolly gonna burn tomorrow.....way to much volume for a legit ticker to close red......im tripping on the ammount of peeps that buy into these kinda deals expecting to be instant millionaires......if ya holding here.....atleast average down....amo....glta
