This actually might be the most important indicator::
New Management has to make a new filing (the old one didn't work)
New Management is one key indicator..
The other is that the first filing didn't work..is that because the changes to the New Company are so significant as to require a redo...Not just a name change or something like that...Maybe the deal is really done.
What is interesting is that the old NTEK would have actually tried to use the old identifier or old process...the changes are significant enough to require a new filing... but that NTEK is still the lead vehicle moving into the future.
So is the impact on us just the 21 million? Getting a loan from someone is a fact about the company to be properly presented, not a reason for new filings.
Or are we the lead vehicle for the overall investment. Is this why they said that "everyone will know our name"??
