There are other ways to get the O/S down. The purpose of acquiring a non public company with heavy revenue is to use the money to buy down the O/S. At the same time we will be marketing our own products adding to the revenue available for a buy down. Its in no way doom and gloom as some would paint it. Wait and see what unfolds.
