mgmt is already in *arrears* specific (this imo) to what NV states
which if memory serves (always interesting these days .. ..)
has to be held every 12 or 18 months .. so the only reason *imo* to hold
an AGM is if current mgmt actually intends to seat an indy BoD or hire those
for either internal sales or try external sales route again .. and/or notify *intent*
in regards to the blending site being leased or sold .. the plant being leased or sold
or an update on Robin's investors (southern locale) .. or bringing 3 or 2 or both
back on line .. or partnering with another like minded company .. or .. i could go on
bottom line .. none of us here can do anything *imo* (certainly willing to keep an
open mind on input offered that is civil) beyond emailing which many of us have and continue to do
