I originally thought the ACS deal selling our GID

So what did ACS get out of the deal, three patents, the ability to defend them in court and 85% of all revenue they generate and if they sell PID the percent goes down to 80% until 2020. After 2020 they get 15% of all sales generated by SFOR. This was a good deal for ACS.
SFOR got the ability to line up with ACS and from all the great work that ZPAUL and others have done that will be very good for revenues going forward, they get 15% on all GID sales and 20% if it includes PID which will probably be the case most times. This will continue until 2020 when ACS must pay the nine million dollars due SFOR, after that SFOR pays 15% on all sales to ACS. SFOR also can sell all GID products in perpetuity.
Now, in my opinion SFOR will be sold prior to 2020 and when they are sold I believe they not only can sell the PID patents they own but also the right to sell GID products in perpetuity which I believe will be a great package for the right company.
Overall a great deal for SFOR, this will be the year to move forward on revenues and our price per share...
