I doubt there will be much consolidation in the trucking industry right now. There is still high/growing demand, drivers continually are being harassed by the government with more stringent requirements/regs, and excess supply was really taken out back in 2009-2010 after the meltdown. I dont see them as a buyout candidate now - especially when they are seemingly on the verge of sustained profitability and looki g to acquire the rest of Swiss.
