My TDAmeritrade account clearly shows all of my HJOE shares in the multiple accounts I have through them.
If you dont believe they will trade again - so be it. This forum is to discuss the pros and cons of the stock and for shareholders to exchange ideas on the company and the trading or lack thereof. However, claiming things that materially arent true or that can easily be independently verified makes your motives suspect at best. If there was ZERO chance of this returning-there would be ZERO reason for shorters/bashers to expend ANY energy telling shareholders so. Their time has value and they would be hammering away at other stocks where they can get a return on their investment in time. The fact they have expended so much energy on HJOE when it isnt trading only makes sense if they have a material interest in making sure it never DOES resume trading or when it does, all shareholders bail immediately to allow them the ability to cover held shorts. Nothing else makes sense.
So keep pounding away but your argument is falling on deaf ears. If you want to argue successfully, keep your facts and figures consistent and your story straight.
