So Bill - where is the quarterly report?

You tweeted earlier this year you werent going to put up with any negativity and then you let the folks pumping SI on here threaten you.

" How’s that for a correction. Next your time with the company - take over and time with the company are two different things. Do you really want to play the word game? Your Q provides the truth no matter how you want to spin it. I wasn’t putting the company down, I was stating the facts based on your Q/K and buiness report. I suggest you drop this."

Why is he/she suggesting you "drop this"? Why is explaining to shareholders in a public forum what is going on or how you are accounting for assets/depreciation something that should be ignored or brushed under the rug?

Where is that buyback that was commited to? Your OS continues to soar and there are still no revenues on the books and now you are late on current reporting. You gweeted a couple weeks ago that 100 e-bikes were sold on west coach launch but that would not be reflected until next quarter.

What is happening on all the other fronts that were supposed to provide revenues while company waited for Boeing, ExIM, loans to come in? What about the shift to the SLAs? What about the "guaranteed" $13.5MM in revenues that James said was in the bank and the base for revenues in 2017?

You have yet to prove where I lied other than saying the stock was pumped last year. However, you will be hard pressed to get anyone to agree the stock was NOT pumped by IR as they claimed all the revenues would be coming in from SLAs, EIA, MRVBs; the OS would be under 1BB within 6-8 months, and constantly retweeing the $0.01PPS target by YE2016. Instead shareholders got ZERO revenues, another revenue direction, IR disappeared and morphed into pushing SI services full force, and the PPS went to no bid. So - if that wasnt a pump and dump - what would you classify it as? Just normal OTC trading?

I have been accused of being a dozen different people on here and iHub, accused of disrupting the BTL agreement, and being a paid poster. I never contacted Timken or BTL. I never lied to you or here. And the performance since I left this board cant be blamed on me as the stock still remains at no BID and know diluters remain heavy on the ASK.

So - what is your next step? Blaming me for MRVB failures? E-trikes not working out in Africa? Reason you are materially late on filing quarterly report? Or did the threat to "drop this" from the SI crowd put sufficient pressure on to clam up and let them continue staging their 1 to 2 share flip for your traders in the bush?

You told me in no uncertain terms on the phone that there was NO dilution in 2016 and company was continuing buyback. You also told me IRs compensation was tied to company performance. You wouldnt go beyond that but said if the company did well so would they. What about the shareholders? How have they fared since IR/SI came aboard.

You claimed to be sick when James did the CC last year but with what has transpired since, it sure looks to have been coordinated to NOT be on the call. You have steadfastly claimed IR didnt speak for the company even when James was answering questions directly on behalf of the company including those on BTL. SLA, OS reductions/buyback, and PPS targets. They also were listed as the official IR contact. How are shareholders supposed to put any credence into the e-transport segment now? Especially when filings are late.

Come on- come back to the board and address the status with Boeing; SLAs with BTL and others; all the EIA opps in crude, sugar, bourbon, gold, etc; nd the MRVBs that were supposed to increase revenues while reducing OS. Or is addrssing those subjects considered negative? Unlike threatening you on a public board with "dropping " a legit discussion on accounting principles and interpretation...?
