I've been told there are many emails of the "players" here that have been catalogued and being presented to authorities, I believe phone recordings as well. I have heard of some video recordings from a meeting as well, apparently one of the people in a meeting decided to record things with his cell phone.
It is a known FACT that the SEC busted John Matthews not that long ago, he got away with a fine that time.
There is also information on the poster 3ch0 and his involvement here. Him, like Robert Reyers and others are now going "BLACK" as they know people are on to them.
