My thought was that the previous acquisition has made financial documents a bigger issue and for some reason the OTC is letting it slide without putting up the yield sign. That or a new acquisition that we don't know about yet.
What reasons can you think of that the OTC would let the requirement for yearly financials slide without issuing the yield sign? Anybody out there ever seen an instance where the OTC made an exception?
