Yeah that sounds good but when you have Multi-Billion $$$ companies getting bigger like Amazon, Netflix and Hulu becoming bigger by the minutes not years it's gonna be difficult to compete. You snooze you loose! Not to mention many other Multi-Million $$$ companies also adding 4k content.
Beside adding content most companies are upgrading cable lines for a faster mbps speed so the slow speed won't even be a factor.
