Derivatives: Anticipated change of name and ticker code for DONG Energy
The following information is based on the press release from DONG Energy A/S (DONG Energy) published on October 2, 2017 and may be subject to change.
The board of DONG Energy has proposed that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), scheduled for October 30, 2017, approves a change of the company name to Ørsted. As a consequence of the name change, DONG Energy will change its stock exchange ticker to Orsted with an effect from the start of trading on October 31, 2017.
Provided that the EGM approves the proposal, NASDAQ Derivatives Markets will change a ticker code for options and futures in DONG Energy (DONG) after 19.30 (CET), October 30, 2017.
