Elite Asset Management Plc: Changes in Executive Group - Marjut Kaste will stop serving the group after a transition period

CEO of Elite Fund Administration Ltd and a member of the Extended Executive Group of Elite Asset Management Plc ("Elite") Marjut Kaste will stop her service in Elite Asset Management Group after a transition period in 31 December 2017.

Executive Vice President of Elite, Master of Laws Raisa Friberg will work as CEO of Elite Fund Administration Ltd in 5 October 2017. Friberg has previously been Chairman of the Board of Elite Fund Administration Ltd. The Board of Elite Fund Administration Ltd has chosen Daniel Pasternack, CEO of Elite, as new Chairman of the Board. Friberg will continue as a member of the Board.
