I don't think Nerby made up the story. I'm pretty sure he knows one anecdotal evidence isn't going to affect the stock. Besides, we already know P has the ability to clear the skin completely. In the 200 mg arm in Phase 2a, 10.7% in the ITT population and 15% in the PP population achieved clear skin (IGA 0).
If the anecdotal evidence is on an ovarian cancer patient whose tumor disappears after receiving K, that would be exciting.
