Yep, your time line sounds about right. I had previously posted Oct. 10th as when the new shares would be available as equity capital for a funding deal, but that was based on an assumption that the notification to shareholders was mailed at the time of the PRE 14C. (Sept. 21st)The DEF 14C states the mailing will go out Oct.. 10th meaning the equity capital will be avaiilable Oct. 30th. We still have the 10Q, which has a required late filing date of Oct. 5th, to look forward to.
