Someone actually posted here that DF was disappointed that the previous admin made a deal with toxic financing with some benefit. Let's just hope it doesn't happen again. It's true that many OTC out there do that on purpose and many get away with it because of the otc mentality of don't invest what you can't afford to lose and that makes other shorters out there to target OTC even more.
