Here's the salient difference. I don't NEED to either legislate against or suppress everything that offends me. That's not how it works in a free society.

I deplored the violence in Charlottesville but I'm not ignorant enough to equate the Nazis and the KKK with Antifa. And I sure as shit do not think there were many 'fine people' among the Nazi and KKK marchers.
