Bid increased to 168M - undercut ask .0004s bought out as usual - .0005s started - estimated 12M>18M of 34M actually available at .0005 (by which I mean those trying to get .0004s will probably try to cancel their remaining fake .0005 ask before it gets bought on every run this year).
20% of the whale bid at .0003 could slap all the .0005s in a single second so the manipulators are playing a dangerous game. One of them lost all his .0003s when he tried the same trick at .0002/3 at the start of 2017 and 2 whales took all his shares starting a run to .0006.
30 trading days left prior to Q3 filing so pre-loading run could happen at any time now,
