ROBERT "BOB" REYERS, aka Stradle, emailed something he claimed was a PPM from GAHC and that he got it from JOHN MATTHEWS, I don't know the exact date. I was told JOHN MATTHEWS confirmed this to be the case but not to me directly.
I know this Stradle then went in to hiding right after that.
I know this is when the stock was maybe around a nickel or so.
I know since then maybe close to TWO HUNDRED MILLION SHARES DILUTED here and absolutely no PRs, no acquisitions, no mergers, no revenues, NOTHING (SEC law requires information to be relayed to shareholders, ie a PR, within SEVENTY TWO HOURS of a material event).
So we know the facts are:
BOB REYERS leaked a PPM to "many people".
BOB REYERS then went in to hiding.
HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF SHARES DILUTION hit just after that.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done with all this money that merits a PR.
JOHN MATTHEWS appears to have confirmed this PPM.
The DILUTION CONTINUES TO THIS DAY.
3ch0 has been PROMOTING this stock for over a year, when it had 50M shares and now close to 550M shares and absolutely nothing new here in that time that was PR worthy.
3ch0 also uses MANY forums to PROMOTE this stock.
If ANYONE AT ALL says anything negative about this stock or even POINTS OUT FACTS that are negative, 3ch0 will come to ATTACK THE MESSENGER and does it day and night and on weekends and has done it for OVER A YEAR.
I also understand there is a string of phone recordings and texts that BOB REYERS of FLORIDA has sent to a few people that are being compiled and given to investigators. I'm not sure if JOHN MATTHEWS is in this or not or if he will be but WILL UPDATE IF I HEAR ANYTHING.
