A family member of mine is a NP in a state that doesn't allow MMJ. She was telling me a patient came in with skin cancer and he had been growing and making his own CBD oil. The skin cancer had completely gone away upon examination. He was a little shy to tell her what he had been doing to get those results. Fortunately I had been speaking with her about OWCP and the BreakThrough research they have been doing.
My background is in pharma manufacturing/regulation and recently health insurance. I can say without a doubt, Big Pharma will get their hands on promising products if they feel they can't fight it anymore, and from a Health Insurance stance... nearly every meeting i'm in discusses opioid usage and the need to seek alternatives. (I've with the world largest health insurance company).
Just wanted to add Freedomdreamer... So very true... Change is coming.
