I totally get that there has been failure at the management level here...you'll get no argument from me. I also get that there is very little wiggle room at this point..in terms of a financing solution...there's very little to work with unless Heddle secures a bit more magic...which begs to question...what did those folks with the latest infusion "know" that we don't.
The "patent-pending" process...appears to be on the ropes...and could be a "variation" of a similar process. I'm not certain how that would play into a licensing agreement...if it were not... a process that was patented....more to come no doubt.
I'm just trying to figure out what you saw so many years ago...at $1 or $2....or whatever...even with Heddle screwing things up...how JB would bail almost entirely on an interest that he still holds (patent application) and in holdings...that HE...himself..would not see fit to find a locale for this thing...he wouldn't technically have to hold an "officer" position to secure this situation. .... JB ..supposedly has far more to gain with PTOI's success than failure!
You don't have to convince me that Heddle needs a kick in the pants...but despite all of us indebted to his investment...on both fronts...we wouldn't be where we are without him....or JB.
Again...I'm waiting on some solid answer to my original question...what was your idea of execution at say $2/share...?
