$ONCI,,, got slammed this morning. I dont know why except maybe manipulation. Great PR out on Friday evening and then from the opening it tanked from $.0147 to $.0092. It has now begun to climb back and last I saw was $.0127. It has withheld a huge on-slaught of selling right off the bat. I happened to grab a large block around $.0109.
