imo regardless of who one believes is at fault .. *volume* in 2017 is repeating
the pattern in play since 2013 .. each successive year of *volume* is less than
the prior year's *volume*
i keep waiting for all the complaints that get articulated
to translate into actual sells (volume) .. i will reiterate that there are a handful
of longs more than willing to buy PTOI *shares* .. if anyone actually sells
