$DIRV's subsidiary Virtual Surveillance LLC has received an elite recognition award from IDIS Co., LTD (IDIS) - a finalist in the United States Outstanding Security Performance Awards competition in the "Outstanding Security Manufacturer" category for the second year in a row.
The company received this award in recognition for excellence in security implementations in national accounts. The Company is now servicing a list of clients that includes a popular national restaurant chain and its Las Vegas casino, along with many other ongoing projects with IDIS.
The elite recognition award was presented to the company at the ASIS 2017 International Security Expo conference this past week. A centerpiece in the security industry and one of the largest industry showcases of the year, the event brought thousands of security professionals to Dallas, TX.
DirectView's CEO, Roger Ralston, was on hand for the presentation, alongside the President of Virtual Surveillance, Mark D. Harris.
This year's ASIS security expo featured more than 500 exhibitors, dozens of educational sessions and more than 22,000 attendees. Notable events included former President George W. Bush's keynote to kick off the week's festivities and a terrorism response panel featuring former Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis, London Police Detective Chief Superintendent Paul Barnard, and Massachusetts General Hospital Executive Director of Police, Security and Outside Services Bonnie Michelmann.
