Several market makers are ganging up to try to suppress price at .75 -- the usual big fake asks that will disappear if a buyer of size comes in and tries to actually buy at that level.
They will try to push it down to unchanged or red at the end of the day. Anyone who wants more, you might consider putting in some lowball bids -- you might get filled later today.
