AS Pro Kapital Grupp (trading code PKG1T, ISIN code EE3100006040) will close the list of shareholders on October 4, 2017 at the end of working time to determine the subscription rights for new shares. Proceeding from the above, the shares of AS Pro Kapital Grupp are traded cum-rights for the last day today, on October 2, 2017. The shares will trade ex-rights tomorrow, on October 3, 2017.
The subscription period will end on October 4, 2017 at 16.00 (EEST). Existing shareholders will have the pre-emptive right to subscribe the issued shares. In case the amount of shares owned by a shareholder does not give the right to subscribe for a whole number of shares the amount of shares will be rounded down.
