Joey definitely would have sold his shares in Sept if this were going to trips. No way we watches millions go down the tubes from 25 cents to trips. Not with 3 kids
Yeah a few shares were sold back in June but wasn't that much, so he either:
1) Is extremely stupid / naive (borderline crazy)
2) Knows that his master plan will result in a much higher future price
* He has also surrounded himself with high caliber execs like P. Gay and J. Kaufman and nobody has left. If this ship were "sinking", you'd have to believe they would scatter like rats. Undervalued ticker here - just waiting on news to get PPS up before rights offering. He will want to create demand and limit dilution. Smart money should be buying IMO.
Also, St. George is done selling and as part of the recent court agreement, they owe Joey $110k as they are to buy 1.1m restricted shares at a dime !
