Sorry, there is only one Vietnam. The south went south when we walked away. The whole megillah is now Kahmanist. But I do like their way of treating fraudsters. Probably will make a few folks think about avoiding temptation. Oh, do the Vietnamese follow the Chinese custom and bill the family of those executed for the bullets or drugs used in the executions?
