5 billion - 3.66 billion = 1.34 billion
20.215 million PTEL / 7000 X 1,000,000 = 2.88 billion DUTV + 1.34 billion = 4.22 billion
5 billion - 4.22 billion = 780 Million.
19.9 billion original PTEL - 15 billion Encounter Develpment = 4.9 billion
4.9 billion - 3.51 Billion Blue Bull = 1.39 billion -780 million = 610 million
610 million - 170 million for TORQ and SREH divvy's = 440 million
440 million - 100 million taken out by H&G = 340 million
340 million - 254 Million OCSI = 86 million
86 million - 40 million ECGR = 46 million
So there has to be 46-47 Ally shares coming as that is what the government held and that is what was sold from a computer glitch that caused a 1-4 billion dollar liability.
I have worked for the government before. You can not sell government held property without offering it to the general public.
