Obviously, we need to win the case first and then see how much the company will get. However, we invested here because it is a growth stock not because they will hand over what they have and look for financing for growth. Therefore, I am totally fine with them keeping the proceeds and investing in the future. At the end of the day, all companies are valued on an EV basis. EV=Marcap+Net debt. If we have a good cash amount, our net debt will be net cash and it will make the story much more appealing to a wider group. I am up for stock price increase not dividends to make money here. A lot of catalysts both internally (auditing to product launches) and externally here. The market value was so behind the intrinsic value and we have started to see that they are finally moving in the same direction. GLTA.
