RÉSULTATS du 1 ER semestre 2017 (a nnée civile)

ENCRES DUBUIT (ISIN : FR0004030708, mnémo : DBT), le spécialiste des encres de hautes technologies, publie ce jour ses résultats pour le premier semestre 2017, calculés du 1 er janvier au 30 juin 2017 sur la base du nouvel exercice social, conformément à la résolution approuvée lors de l'assemblée générale mixte du 27 septembre 2016.

Les résultats consolidés au titre du 1 er semestre 2017  ont été examinés lors du Directoire qui s'est tenu le 28 septembre 2017 et arrêtés définitivement lors du Conseil de Surveillance qui s'est tenu le même jour.

Le Groupe dont nous décrivons l'activité comprend les sociétés Encres DUBUIT SA, SCREEN MESH, TINTAS DUBUIT, DUBUIT Canada, QUEBEC INC, Encres DUBUIT SHANGHAI, DUBUIT BENELUX, PUBLIVENOR, ALL INKS, DUBUIT Shanghai Co, DUBUIT OF AMERICA et SOFTIM.

De légères modifications apparaissent entre la publication du chiffre d'affaires du groupe pour le 1er semestre 2017 (communiqué du 27 juillet 2017) et les résultats publiés dans ce rapport financier semestriel. Ces modifications sont dues aux correctifs apportés par les commissaires aux comptes sur les activités du groupe en Asie.

 

 

Un chiffre d'affaires en hausse de 14% à taux de change constant

 

Le chiffre d'affaires du groupe Encres DUBUIT pour le premier semestre civil de l'année 2017 (janvier-juin 2017) s'élève à 11,567 M€ à taux de change variable, en hausse de 13,7% par rapport à la période précédente (octobre 2015 à mars 2016). À taux de change constant, la progression du chiffre d'affaires d'Encres DUBUIT atteint 14% à 11,6 M€.

 

France et Europe : ces deux zones, qui représentent plus de 60% du chiffre d'affaires du groupe, enregistrent des résultats conformes aux prévisions. L'activité France bénéficie toutefois d'un effet de base favorable lié au passage au nouveau semestre civil : la période de référence n-1 (octobre à mars 2016) compte en effet une semaine ouvrée en moins. À périmètre comparable, l'activité France enregistre un léger repli (-1,88%).

La zone Europe hors France enregistre une hausse de son activité supérieure à 10% (6,66 % à périmètre comparable), principalement portée par la vente d'équipements de sérigraphie par la filiale belge (+15%) et par la croissance de l'activité de la filiale espagnole (+6%).

 

Asie : après le ralentissement conjoncturel de 2016, essentiellement lié aux incertitudes économiques chinoises, la zone Asie connaît une certaine reprise depuis le début de l'année. Les niveaux de commandes de l'industrie du Touch Panel , qui s'étaient sensiblement ralentis en 2016, ont retrouvé leur niveau de 2015. Calculé en monnaies locales, le chiffre d'affaires de la zone Asie progresse de 30%.

 

Amérique du Nord : l'activité de la zone reste stable au premier semestre 2017 avec un chiffre d'affaires de 381 K€ (+0,88% à taux de change variable).

 

Afrique / Moyen-Orient : le groupe poursuit ses efforts commerciaux sur cette zone stratégique à fort potentiel. Au premier semestre 2017, le chiffre d'affaires progresse de 1,1%, s'établissant à 242 K€.

La nouvelle organisation industrielle pèse sur la marge brute

 

Exprimée en pourcentage du chiffre d'affaires, la marge brute du groupe enregistre un repli de 1,8% sur le premier semestre 2017. Elle représente en effet 60,6% du chiffre d'affaires sur le semestre clôturé au 30 juin 2017 contre 62,4% du chiffre d'affaires pour le semestre clôturé au 31 mars 2016. Ce retrait, qui impacte le résultat opérationnel, est lié aux coûts de la nouvelle organisation industrielle française, d'une part, et aux coûts logistiques qui ont accompagné la montée en puissance des applications d'impression digitale sur la zone Asie d'autre part.  

Le résultat net, part du groupe, au 30 juin 2017 est quant à lui en nette hausse à 465 K€ (contre 271 K€ au 31/03/16). Cette progression traduit le regain d'activité du groupe sur le premier semestre 2017. 

 

 

Perspectives 2017

Le groupe profitera encore au second semestre de la dynamique chinoise, toujours tirée par de nouvelles activités commerciales sur les marchés des encres techniques destinées au Touch Panel et des encres d'impression numérique. Le groupe poursuivra par ailleurs son développement à l'international, et plus particulièrement en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient.

 

Projet de transfert sur Euronext Growth (Alternext Paris)

Encres DUBUIT S.A. a soumis au vote de ses actionnaires, lors de son assemblée générale ordinaire et extraordinaire du 16 juin 2017, le projet de transfert de cotation de ses titres du marché réglementé d'Euronext Paris (compartiment C) vers le système multilatéral de négociation Euronext Growth (ex Alternext Paris). Suite au vote positif des actionnaires sur la résolution relative à ce projet, la société envisage de déposer une demande de transfert auprès d'Euronext dans les prochains mois.
