So you are saying in a way - someone took advantage of the company as their own personal cash cow at the expense of shareholders under the guise of achieving a particular goal? Not so- wait what? I am sure that is the pissed off way of looking at it - and I am pissed off now. I hope those people are no longer here and they should be held accountable.
The fact that Tony has issued no shares to this point under all these circumstances defitely designates him a hero. So we now need to proceed lost in the flood using a flyers fan with an anvil tied to the back of our Kayak as info peters1308 out, which is a troyal pain in the ass and an intergal point to clawback...
