Forming of properties and sale of real estate prop

AS Skano Group announces that with the 08.09.2017 agreement about the division of property and transferring the ownership of newly formed property it was decided to divide the land plots located in Pärnu at Rääma 96 and 94, as a result the land plots Rääma 96 with the size of 10,647 m2 and Rääma 94 with the size of 14,647 m2 were formed.
On 08.09.2017 Skano Fibreboard OÜ and Toppi Plast OÜ concluded a real right agreement on sale of real estate property belonging to Skano Fibreboard OÜ created upon the division of land plots located at Rääma 96 in Pärnu with the size of 10,647 m2. The sale price of the property was 380 000 EUR (VAT not included).
