No one is able to time the market and I am no different. However, OTTV the market value that’s base on the company’s earning. Therefore, let’s take a good look at future OTTV earning. I want to point out OTTV potential revenue. This is all base on my humble opinion.
For six months ended April 30, 2017, OTTV operating Expensive is $576,085 I expect this amount increase future quarter because they will have to hire more people working for the company. Expecting the general and administrative will increase as well.
Right now OTTV needs about 3000 Subscribes to break even. That is about $315,000 each quarter. At this rate they manage to sign up the average 25 Sub per day, they should be able to hit 3000 Subs by the end of November 2017. Per CEO they also target 3000 by the end of this year. This is a huge milestone achievement.
Statistics about 1/2 of all business no longer exist after five years. The main reason is lacking working capital. OTTV manage to pay off debt and breakeven in less than 1.5 years that is an amazing accomplishment.
Since most of the pinksheet stock run on the news, momo, promo, and many other factors. Therefore, It's all depending on how the management action. We expecting they role out the hard launch and if with the merger or acquisition announcement by the end of OCT, then my target for the pps is a minimum .02 cent. I think that target reachable and doable by the end of this year.
I see Nasdaq by the second quarter of 2019. When PPS reaching .25 cents I assume they do R/S 20/1. If they do that the stock trade at five dollars per shares and o/s is about 1/3 compared to
Netflix trade on Nasdaq at 179.38 per share.
