I'm not a big believer in patterns repeating, but

I frankly don't know when we'll see the first sale of the cream, or any other product. If you believe those who spoke with Mediq a couple months ago, it could be any time in roughly the next 4 months. As I remember it, it was about 2 months ago that they said 3 to 6 months after some additional trial.
If we take the expansion of the Phase 1 Trial to be what they were talking about, it could be completed in the next month, or may take longer. If Mediq was speaking of something more, perhaps in Germany, not Israel, I don't believe that any indication of a trial being initiated has been announced, but I don't know that it would have to be.
I'm not putting down Mediq, but I believe that if the results of the safety trial expanded with people with skin diseases are positive, OWCP could be dealing with one or more major Pharma who may very well want to buy Mediq out of their agreement so they can have the cream, or perhaps the entire product line for themselves. OWCP would remain the product developer and see substantial revenue up front, then from achieving milestones as well as royalties on sales.
In the event of the above, OWCP would instantly become financially successful, and the costs for developing new products would largely be paid by their partner. In short, I believe that their market cap would reach billions instantly, and grow as revenue grows in the future. Of course it's equally possible that the company will make numerous smaller partnerships, that's a strategy that's less likely to bring out the possibility of a hostile takeover.
