I certainly believe that we're headed in the right direction, but over the years I've learned that nothing happens that fast with biotech's and while things may be somewhat different when cannabis is added to the mix, I know that trials run in accordance with Internationally accepted protocols take time.
I believe if OWCP were refiling the trial in the U.S. clinical trials database it would be described as a Phase 1/2 where the Phase 2 portion was being done with patients who had a variety of skin diseases.
I believe it's been stated that companies aren't required to make such filings, normally they're seen to enhance the enrollment process. I have however seen other companies doing such trials in strictly foreign countries still update the trials routinely as they were occurring. I'm not suggesting the company must do that, only that they could have, but choose not to.
