$PSGR Frustrations, Facts, Fictions, & Failures
I will start out by stating that I still remain positive about this company. I will qualify this statement by adding: I will remain positive UNTIL the end of the 1st Quarter of 2018 at which time, IF NOTHING OF SUBSTANCE HAS OCCURRED, I will explain why I was positive for the 10 or so months prior to my change in attitude.
FRUSTRATIONS
Yep, I believe that anyone and everyone who has invested in this company has at one time or another felt frustrated. MY frustrations have always resulted from a lack of communications by Corporate Pershing Resources. I do not feel that I am experiencing anything different than many other shareholders.
FACTS
The company has acquired additional mine claims/sites. Corporate Pershing Resources has also issued Press Releases that state some activity will occur at the mine site near Kingman, Arizona (roadway). They have also announced the death of the Chief Geologist (consultant) which has caused a bump in scheduling of the site survey (e.g. Certified assays). Progress has been at a snail's pace for the past several months.
FICTIONS
Until a recent change in the focus of the Company, the past years of the Company were never officially presented as a MINING COMPANY, this was/is the Fiction issue. The old website indicated the Company was a RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT Company for new precious metals extraction technologies. In and of itself this may also have contributed to the FICTION status of the Company as, to the best of my knowledge, NO NEW TECHNOLOGY PROCESSES ever produced a marketable amount of precious metals. While past INTERNAL (to the company) LAB results presented incredible amounts of Precious Metals Recovery, no progress was ever made in reproducing the results in the field. This is possibly where Fiction and Bull Shit intermingled and investors became suspicious of future Press Releases.
FAILURES
Perhaps the BIGGEST Failure has been the inability of Corporate Pershing Resources to keep shareholders informed. Yes, there are periodic Press Releases that were ambiguous/non-committal/circumspect but the Investor quickly grew tired of reading a page full of BS. By far, the Biggest Failure has been in communications. For more than one period of time, attempts to contact the Corporate Office through the website e-mail address were met with silence from Corporate Personnel. Either the Website/e-mail were down /OR/ Corporate Personnel chose not to respond. I do not believe any of the common shareholders have a definitive explanation for why they received no response. I did receive several PMs that used expletives to describe what they thought of Corporate Personnel for not responding and the Website for 'crashing'. No matter the reasons, the same issue has been constant and continues to this day...The Biggest Failure IS in COMMUNICATIONS.
I ask that everyone continue to remain POSITIVE until the END of the 1st Quarter of 2018; as will I.
